Design your own Cabinet

It's easy to do once you understand how the system is setup.
(Yes it does make sense, just follow the steps)




Step 1

Select Cabinet Housing
 (footprint of the cabinet)
Select the particular cabinet housing that best suits your needs. When choosing your housing height, keep in 
mind the cabinet top’s 
potential
use as a 
work surface.








Standard Depth:  28 1/2"
Model: Size:
NW - Narrow Width
Uses: bench pedestals, file cabinets
16 7/8"w  x 28 1/2"d
MP - Width
Uses: Work bench, mobile tool boxes
22 3/16"w  x 28 1/2"d
SC - Standard Width
Uses: General storage
28 1/4"w  x 28 1/2"d
MW - Mid-Width
Uses: general storage
47"w  x 28 1/2"d 
DW - Double Width
Uses: general storage
56 1/2"w  x 28 1/2"d
Shallow Depth:  22 1/2"

ST - Width 
Uses: bench pedestal ,mobile tool boxes

28 1/4"w  x 22 1/2"d

HS - Width 
Uses:  tool box, general bench pedestal

Step 2:


Select a cabinet height

Step 3:

Select Lock

Lock Selection

Step 4:

Select Cabinet Base (Optional)

Add the height of the
base to the Cabinet
Height
Fork Lift Base - 2 3/8" h Pallet Truck Base - 3 15/16" h
Frame Base - 2",4", 6" Mobile Base - 
6 1/4"h  - 4"x2" casters
8 "h  -  6"x2" casters
   
Step 5:

Select Cabinet Top
or
Counter Top (Optional)
Retainer Top with mat Butcher Block
Plastic Laminate Stainless Steel
Phenolic Resin-lab grade
 

 

 
Step 6:

Select Drawers
Hint:
Make sure the total
number of drawers 

(as represented by drawer numbers)

 equals the height of the cabinet housing

Example:
Model 900 housing=
3 x 300F drawers

Step 7:


Select Drawer Partitions
and Dividers

Cabinets can be provided with or without partitions and dividers.

When partitions and dividers are mentioned - its in terms
of compartments per entire cabinet.
 (total of all drawers per cabinet)


Step 8:


Select Colors

Select paint color from the chart. Housing and drawer fronts can be different colors but drawer interiors are always gray.
